No. We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds. Training and resources are provided.

You can submit interest in minutes. Most chapters launch within a few weeks with our support.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. CheckMates is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 81-2908499). Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law, and you will receive a receipt by email immediately.
